Landed in Cancun! Eclipse shares some favorite local spots.
Everybody flocks to Tulum to see the Mayan ruins, but they are just as incredible and less crowded at Muyil. Another bonus is that it's located in a biosphere reserve with interesting animals and plants to see, including Morpho butterflies.
Let your desire for travel lead the way. Deep in the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve.

20km south of Cancún is Unico Beach Cafe in Puerto Morelos which is a great spot to decompress, with incredible guacamole and piña coladas with sand in your toes and you can take a dip or swing in their beachfront seats like we did.
Bonus: The second largest barrier reef in the world is in Puerto Morelos and it is easy to set up a snorkel adventure there.

Villas Shanti in Puerto Morelos specializes in hosting Yoga retreats and it's just across the street from a wonderful beach. Our favorite Yoga Instructor and Educator who brings groups several times a year to the Villas Shanti is De West.
