THE OCTOBER 10
Spend 10 intentional minutes outside every day this month.
No mileage. No achievement. Nothing to accomplish.
Just step outside for ten minutes, disconnect for a little while and notice where you are.
Walk around the block. Drink your coffee outside. Sit on the front step. Take the long way home. Eat lunch by the river. Stand in the garden and do absolutely nothing.
The point isn’t what you do.
The point is to go outside.
Small habits ~ big consequences

We think a lot about habits at eclipse.
Sun protection works best when it doesn’t feel like another task. Keep eclipse by the door. Keep Sun Gloves in the car. Tuck Sun Sleeves into your bag. Put on a Headband or Beanie before you head outside.
Make protection as automatic as grabbing your sunglasses.
That matters because sun exposure accumulates quietly. Sun spots can seem to appear so fast, while fading them can be arduous. Preventing them in the first place is so much easier.
UPF50 clothing lets you cover the places that are easy to forget ~ the backs of your hands, your arms, your ears, your neck ~ without having to think about another layer of sunscreen.

October still counts
Cooler air can make us forget about the sun.
But October is a wonderful month to be outside. The light changes. The air feels different. A walk feels good again. Ten minutes easily becomes twenty.
We don’t want you to hide from the sun. Quite the opposite.
Walk. Travel. Bike. Read outside. Have lunch in the sunshine. Sit by the water. Stay a little longer.
Just make protection part of the habit.
Who’s in?
For the rest of October, give yourself ten intentional minutes outside every day.
No tracking required. No perfect streak. If you miss a day, go outside the next one.
Ten minutes. Every day. Outside.
Keep eclipse by the door.
Enjoy the Sun the Healthy Way.
